Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Oh! Good Idea is an online Stationery Shop, that proudly designs and sells planner stickers, planners accessories and other stationery.

At Oh! Good Idea, we collect information about you when you place an order for our products. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in giveaways on our social media platforms.

The personal data collected from you to process your order, such as name and address on printed receipts, are kept safely for a period of seven years, for tax purposes. No data is sold to any third parties. However, third parties such as Royal Mail and Paypal are used to process your order.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us at ohgoodideauk@hotmail.com. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
